Hooping – For difficult to hoop items, add $0.75 per item.
Polybagging – $0.25 per item.

Not all systems are exactly the same, if you provide your own stitch file, we will review it and tell you if we can use it, edit it or if it will require a new set up for your design. If you are unsure or have questions, please contact us.
